Most of these white linen are very delicate and personal and easy to get dirty. 
Once the package was open or the merchandise was display or use, we cannot re use again.
Therefore we can not refunds / returns of these lace merchandise.

Everything we sell and ship to our customers are brand new merchandises.
We do not use any returns merchandises.

Please make sure and find all the correct sizes before you do the ordering.
We do not want you to make the mistake and order the wrong items.

WE WILL NOT RESPONSIBLE ANY DAMAGE MERCHANDISE,
BROKEN BOX OR BOXES AND MISSING MERCHANDISE
AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE. 

If your shipment was damaged during shipping such as broken boxes, please notify us immediately.
We will file the damaged claims with the shipping companies.
But must be notified us within 10 days after you have received the package. 

If there is a missing piece of the merchandise, please notify us immediately.
We will file the claim with the shipping company.
But must be notified within 10 days after you have received your package.

We will not responsible any damage, missing merchandise after 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. 

PLEASE DO NOT MAILS or SEND BACK ANY UN-AUTHORIZED PACKAGES.
WE WILL NEVER ISSUE CREDITS FOR ANY UN-AUTHORIZED PACKAGES.
